Wireless Warriors Lead the Pack!
Carrollton Luncheon Event to Salute
Wireless Veteran Trainees
A Veterans Day luncheon event to salute the veteran-heroes enrolled in Wireless Warriors Lead the Pack! – The Teltech/GrayWolves Telecom (www.ttcsales.com ) career training program. Conducted in partnership with the Department of Veterans Affairs and Warriors4Wireless (www.warriors4wireless.com), the program has already enabled local veteran-heroes to acquire high-skilled and high-wage jobs in building and maintaining wireless facilities.
The event will highlight various aspects of the training, including techniques for safe repair of an above-ground wireless facility.
Thousands of jobs in wireless infrastructure across the country are going unfilled because workers have not received adequate training. The goal of the Teltech/GrayWolves program is to provide veterans with the skills they need to pursue highly rewarding careers in wireless infrastructure construction and repair.
In addition to veteran-trainees and their family members, the event is expected to feature remarks from GrayWolves CEO Lisa Hanlon, Warriors4Wireless CEO Kelley Dunne, PCIA – The Wireless Infrastructure Association CEO Jonathan Adelstein (www.pcia.com), and prominent members of the Dallas-Fort Worth business and veterans communities.
Teltech/GrayWolves Telecom job training facility, 1621 W. Crosby Road Suite #112, Carrollton, Texas 75006.
11:00 a.m., Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11, 2014.
