Lisa Hanlon is the Executive Chairman and a co-founder of Teltech Communications.
As the leader of Teltech, Ms. Hanlon is responsible for the growth and strategy of Teltech Communications and its subsidiaries, Genesis Green Recycling, Genesis Green Solar and GrayWolves Telecom.
The Teltech family of companies provides a complete lifecycle of services and solutions for the wireless and wireline industries including; Value Added Reselling, Forward and Reverse Logistics, Field Services including decommissioning, new site builds, deployment of new technologies, and operations and maintenance via its GrayWolves Division.
Teltech’s Genesis Green division offers a complete End-of-Life solution that helps carriers and OEMs achieve maximum ROI at End-of-Life through Genesis Green’s Zero-Landfill commitment that ensures a zero landfill approach via reuse, refurbishment and recycling of decommissioned network assets.
Under Lisa’s leadership, Teltech’s Genesis Green Solar division has developed an Onsite Solar Solution that provides reliable, rugged and sustainable power solutions for remote applications in the telecom, oil and natural gas sectors.
As a result of Ms. Hanlon’s practice of creating strategic relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, OEMs and NGOs, Teltech has achieved a 41.6% CAGR since its inception in 1999. Lisa was instrumental in developing and shaping a strategic partnership with Warriors4Wireless, a non-profit organization focused on providing careers in the Telecom Industry and that now conducts training at Teltech facilities located in Carrollton, Texas, Grand Junction and Powderhorn, Colorado.
Ms. Hanlon’s other involvements include her participation in the Women's Leadership Forum and on the Board of Directors of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. Lisa is also a co-founder of Women for Wounded Warriors, a non-profit that provides resources, support, and employment opportunities for spouses, family members and caregivers for American Veterans. Additionally, Ms. Hanlon was most recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the Veteran’s Center of North Texas.
Prior to co-founding Teltech, Lisa studied pre-med at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and the University of Colorado-Boulder and is a graduate of the Tuck-WBENC Executive Education Program.
