Steven Pickett is the president and CEO of 21st Century Towers, a new entrant in the wireless infrastructure market. Prior to 21st Century Towers, he was the CEO of WesTower Communications, North America's second largest tower construction and maintenance company, until it its sale to Mastec (NYSE). Before his time at WesTower, Steve served as president and CEO of Telmar Network Technology, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company that was acquired by JABIL Circuits (NYSE) in late 2011. Prior to Telmar, Steve served in a variety of executive positions including as SVP/GM of Alcatel-Lucent’s Optical Network Division and as VP Sales at Alcatel.
Steve is chair emeritus of QuEST Forum, a global non-profit industry association with 215+ member companies that develops and implements quality, performance and sustainability practices that unite and improve the ICT industry. He served as chairman of QuEST Forum in 2014 and 2015.
He holds a BSEE from Tufts University and an MBA from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
